Job Description: MSI is the leader in the Federal adoption of Emerging Technologies. Our engagements span the civilian and defense sectors and include developing some of the most impactful automations that have been deployed in the Federal Government. This role requires a blend of technical proficiency, leadership skills, and client-facing experience. You must be local and willing to travel to client site in Arlington, VA on a hybrid schedule for meetings, workshops, and on-site collaboration.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
Minimum of seven (7) years of experience in analytics.
Strong background in predictive modeling, simulation, artificial intelligence, and machine learning.
Experience and expertise in statistical and data mining techniques such as regression, boosting, clustering, and decision trees.
Must have experience in Natural Language Processing (NLP), including keyword extraction and sentiment analysis.
Skilled in algorithm design.
Willingness and ability to commute to the Arlington, VA client site 2–3 times per week on a hybrid schedule.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $120,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
