Job Title: Salesforce Business Analyst (with CPQ, Revenue Cloud, RCA)
Job Location: Rolling Meadows, IL
Experience 8 - 10 years
Job Description:
- 8 to 10 years of experience in requirements gathering stakeholder management organizing the business needs and creating the roadmap for the team
- Must have worked in Salesforce ecosystem
- Must have relevant experience on Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud
- Experience in documenting User Stories and Business Use cases
- 3 years working experience on end-to-end SDLC for at least 2 implementations
- Good understanding of demanware concepts
- Detail oriented with the ability to rapidly learn and take advantage of new concepts and technologies
- Well versed in MS office MS Visio or any other data modelling tools
- Salesforce application exposure
- Must be Sales Cloud consultant Service Cloud consultant certified
- Ability to work on proposals
- Excellent communication articulation and presentation skills
- Should have basic understanding on out of the box SFDC configurations
Responsibilities
- Using various advanced strategies for requirement elicitation help client crystalize requirements
- Analyse ASIS processes and create documentation on current understanding
- Based on the identified needs best practices recommend and document TOBE processes
- Simplify help prioritize the requirements by creating documentations like requirement matrix user stories process workflows and business requirement document containing all the functional and nonfunctional requirements
- Review test cases designed by Quality Assurance team and perform high level functional testing to ensure high quality of product
- Conduct User Acceptance Testing with a group of stakeholders to get customer acceptance on the implementation
- Prepare training manuals and impart training to the end users
- Conduct solution and product fitment exercise along with architect

Benefits
Compensation range: $125,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
