About the Role
We’re looking for a full-stack generalist engineer who thrives at the intersection of research and product. You’ll work across the stack—shipping APIs, infrastructure, and interfaces—while partnering with design, product, and research to build tools, demos, and new product features that bring our simulations to life.
What you’ll do:
- Build end-to-end features across frontend, backend, and infrastructure
- Collaborate with design, research, and product to shape simulations, agent behaviors, and platform primitives
- Contribute to our shared design system and internal developer tools to improve speed and quality
- Help maintain and evolve production infrastructure as we grow from pilots to platform
- Play a key role in scaling engineering best practices and shaping company culture
What We’re Looking For
- 2–10 years of full-stack software engineering experience
- Background building complex products at fast-moving startups or top AI/tech companies
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to operate in dynamic, ambiguous environments
- Interest in AI, simulations, and building technology with real-world impact
