About the Role
As a Full Stack Developer, you’ll be responsible for designing and implementing both the front-end experiences and the backend systems that power our AI-driven platform. You’ll work closely with the founder, AI engineers, and product teams to deliver seamless, human-centered interactions with reliability, speed, and scalability.
What You’ll Do
- Build, test, and deploy responsive, user-friendly web applications.
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs.
- Collaborate with AI and product teams to integrate adaptive intelligence systems.
- Ensure application performance, security, and high availability across the stack.
- Optimize data flow, storage, and retrieval for real-time user experiences.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines, testing, and monitoring for both front-end and backend services.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and improve systems continuously.
What You Bring
- 2–4 years of full stack development experience.
- Strong proficiency with Node.js / NestJS (preferred) and front-end frameworks such as React or Next.js.
- Solid understanding of databases (SQL & NoSQL) with experience in schema design and optimization.
- Hands-on experience building and integrating REST and GraphQL APIs.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and CI/CD pipelines.
- Experience with microservices architecture is a plus.
- Must be Bengaluru-based and available to work in person.
