Requirements:

- Extensive modeling experience in Python / R
- Extensive experience in marketing analytics and building Marketing Mix Models (MMM)

Overview:
Our client is looking for a Data Scientist to join their team in Charlotte, NC. As the Data Scientist, you will collect and integrate data from external vendors, internal partners, and campaign platforms to build a unified view of marketing performance. You will collaborate with North America Marketing teams provide marketing analytics and marketing mix modeling on the effectiveness of different campaigns and media channels (ex: TV, radio, print, digital media, etc.)
Responsibilities:
- Perform Exploratory Data Analysis (EDA) on any dataset and perform descriptive analytics.
- Develop and maintain Marketing Mix Models to measure effectiveness of TV, radio, digital, out-of-home, print, and in-store promotions.
- Conduct channel effectiveness analysis to identify which marketing channels drive the highest impact.
- Develop and maintain predictive models to analyze; Budget allocation across channels / Conversion rates and ROI / Revenue and traffic lift by campaign type and business unit
- Design and train end-to-end ML pipelines and select appropriate models for problem type and constraints.
- Perform data cleaning, transformation, and exploratory analysis using tools like Databricks, PySpark, and SQL.
- Store and manage campaign datasets in Delta Lakes for easy access and long-term analysis.
- Create and deliver Power BI dashboards to visualize campaign performance, KPIs, and insights for leadership and stakeholders.
- Partner with marketing teams to share insights, recommend optimizations, and support strategic decision-making.
- Develop communication mediums (dashboards, reports, presentations) to translate complex analytics into actionable business insights.
Compensation:
$65/hr to $70/hr.
Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education.
