【Compensation】$60-80K + Bonus

Responsibilities:
- Serve as a primary contact for customer inquiries, ensuring timely and professional responses.
- Manage and maintain the CRM system, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer records.
- Develop and qualify new sales leads from available resources such as email inquiries, website inquiries, and online store orders.
- Build, organize, and maintain leads lists within the CRM for targeted outreach and follow-up.
- Collaborate with the sales team to analyze Point-of-Sale (POS) reports provided by key customers.
- Identify sales trends, market opportunities, and forecast product demand.
- Assist in creating proposals and product recommendations based on customer needs and data-driven insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3+ years of experience in customer service, CRM administration, or sales support roles.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools.
- Experience with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Knowledge of pneumatics, machinery, mechanics, or industrial business is a plus but not required.
- Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and develop product knowledge.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $60,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
