JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop, implement, and optimize data science models, algorithms, and analytical solutions to support business initiatives.
- Build and maintain robust ETL/ELT data pipelines leveraging Python, SQL, and Snowflake.
- Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into actionable data-driven insights.
- Perform advanced statistical analysis, predictive modeling, and machine learning to solve complex business problems.
- Work with structured and unstructured datasets to derive meaningful insights.
- Optimize data storage, processing, and querying performance in Snowflake and other cloud environments.
- Collaborate with data engineers, analysts, and IT teams to ensure scalable, high-quality solutions.
- Present findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical audiences.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science, data science, statistics, engineering, or a related field with 7+ years’ hands-on experience as a Data Scientist or in a similar data-focused role.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
- Proficient in Python (pandas, NumPy, scikit-learn, etc.) for data analysis, modeling, and automation.
- Strong expertise with Snowflake for data warehousing and analytics.
- Advanced SQL skills for data manipulation and performance optimization.
