We are seeking a skilled Information Management (IM) Business Partner IIto join our team onsite in Corpus Christi, TX. This role is key in bridging the gap between business units and Information Management, ensuring that technology solutions align with organizational needs. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with ServiceNow, business systems analysis, and a proven ability to translate business needs into actionable technology solutions.
Schedule: Regular Hours (Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm)
Key Responsibilities:
As an IM Business Partner II, you will:

Act as a trusted liaison between business units and Information Management.

Identify, document, and analyze functional and technical requirements.

Recommend solutions such as application rationalization, process improvement, or system enhancements.

Advise and coordinate on unresolved non-transactional, cross-team incidents.

Develop and submit high-level business plans and feasibility studies.

Provide strategic guidance to leadership on system solutions and business planning.

Communicate project updates and business requests across staff and leadership levels.

Partner with business leaders, IM, and other stakeholders to define opportunities and prioritize projects based on ROI, compliance, system standards, and strategic goals.

Promote IM services and capabilities to business units, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
Qualifications:
Required:

High School Diploma (must provide proof of education).

Experience with ServiceNow.

Strong background as a Business Systems Analyst or in a similar support/analyst role.
Preferred:

General software support and systems analyst experience.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
