I'm looking for a Data Scientist to join their Risk & Underwriting team. This is a high-impact role where you'll be building and owning the models and tools that power the company's credit decisions. You'll get to work end-to-end, from data wrangling and analysis to deploying models and creating dashboards to help the company grow responsibly.
The ideal person for this role has:
- At least 4 years of data science experience, with a background in lending, underwriting, or financial services.
- Strong skills in SQL and Python (or R).
- Experience with statistical modeling, machine learning, and risk analytics.
- The ability to build tools and systems from scratch in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfort with data visualization tools like Looker, Mode, or Hex.
