WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

An innovative Data Engineer to execute digital engagement strategies that enhance operations efficacy, digital features containment across omnichannel, customer experience, and support business growth. This role will focus on creating seamless, personalized, and data-driven proactive interactions across all digital touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and maintain complex data pipelines using Databricks and Azure Data Factory to enable ingestion, transformation and loading data from multiple sources.
Implement efficient data processing solutions using Apache Spark in Databricks to handle large-scale datasets, ensuring performance and scalability.
Build and optimize data storage solutions using Azure Data Lake, Azure SQL Database, and Azure Cosmos DB or Vector DB.
Collaborate with data scientists, analysts, and business stakeholders to understand data requirements and deliver solutions.
Implement data quality checks, data governance, and security best practices across data platforms.
Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize data workflows for performance and scalability.
Automate data integration and transformation processes using Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.
Stay up to date with emerging Azure technologies and data engineering trends.
Deep understanding of data management, data governance, cloud, and AI technologies, and their application in a business context.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

5+ years of experience in cloud-based data engineering with hands-on expertise in Databricks (ADLS, ADF, DevOps, etc.).
5+ years of experience in designing and implementing ETL/ELT pipelines using Azure Data Factory (ADF), integrating with other Azure services.
7+ years of Python development experience, with the capability of developing custom libraries.
4+ years of experience in Snowflake or SQL (No-SQL experience is a plus).
10+ years of experience in designing, building, and maintaining data processing systems.
Knowledge of Agile Software Development methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
Strong oral and written communication skills.

Preferred Skills:

2+ years of experience with Azure stack example Azure Kubernetes Service (AKS), Cosmos DB.
Understanding on cloud streaming technique GCP, Snowpipe
Experience in designing API development and integrating with React JS within cloud platform
Leverage modern technologies, such as AI and ML.

Salary Rate: Up to $135,000 USD
