We are seeking a skilled and motivated Software Development Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in providing technical support and troubleshooting for software applications, specifically ClickUP . The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in computer management, networking, and desktop support across various operating systems.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical support for software applications and systems, ensuring timely resolution of issues. (specifically ClickUP)
- Troubleshoot software and hardware problems, utilizing analysis skills to identify root causes.
- Manage computer systems and networks, including VPNs, firewalls, and LAN configurations.
- Support desktop environments across Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
- Utilize tools such as SCCM for system management and BMC Remedy or ServiceNow for ticketing and issue tracking.
- Administer Active Directory for user management and permissions.
- Collaborate with team members using Jira for project tracking and communication.
- Maintain documentation of IT infrastructure changes and updates.
- Assist in the deployment of mobile devices and ensure proper configuration for end-users.
- Provide training and guidance to users on software applications and IT best practices.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with Microsoft Windows Server environments and ClickUP
- Ability to effectively communicate technical information to non-technical users.
- Knowledge of computer hardware components and troubleshooting techniques.
