🔹 What You’ll Do
- Design and maintain advanced data pipelines to move and transform large volumes of information securely and efficiently.
- Build ETL solutions that ensure high-quality, reliable data for analysis and decision-making.
- Apply machine learning and analytics to identify risks, patterns, and opportunities.
- Create intuitive dashboards, reports, and visualizations that make complex findings clear to stakeholders.
- Lead by example through code reviews, mentoring, and best-practice guidance for junior team members.
- Partner with security, engineering, and business teams to deliver scalable, compliant solutions.
- Troubleshoot issues, optimize processes, and drive automation to improve performance and efficiency.
- Stay on top of the latest in AI, cloud platforms, and security technologies to keep our environment resilient.
🔹 What We’re Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Math, or related field (or equivalent hands-on experience).
- 5–7 years of experience in data engineering, analytics, or related disciplines.
- Proficiency with Databricks, Python, SQL, Spark/Hadoop, and modern cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
- Strong knowledge of data modeling, governance, privacy regulations, and data warehousing.
- Background in machine learning model development and hands-on experience with BI tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to partner with both technical and business stakeholders.
- A collaborative problem-solver who can juggle multiple priorities and deliver high-impact results.
🔹 Preferred Certifications
- CompTIA Security+, CISSP, or Splunk
- Databricks or Python certifications
- AWS Big Data or Google Professional Data Engineer

- Salary range: $100,900 – $186,800 (depending on experience)
