Key Responsibilities:
- Data Infrastructure Management: Design, develop, and maintain scalable data pipelines and ETL processes to collect, process, and store data from various sources.
- Database Management: Manage and optimize our PostgreSQL databases and integrate them with BigQuery or other data warehousing solutions.
- Data Analysis and Insights: Work closely with the Growth and Product teams to analyze user behavior, trading volume, and other key metrics to drive business decisions.
- Data Visualization: Create and maintain dashboards and reports that provide actionable insights to stakeholders.
- Data Quality and Governance: Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security across all data sources and systems.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and provide timely insights.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data engineering, data analysis, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with cloud data platforms (e.g., Google BigQuery, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
