As a Data Analyst - Security Investigations, you are responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting security-related data to support strategic decision-making and risk mitigation. In this role, you will provide actionable insights through data visualization, trend analysis, and predictive modeling to enhance site security, operational safety, and overall risk management. You’ll collaborate closely with leadership to identify patterns, forecast potential threats, and support proactive security planning.
The Data Analyst - Security Investigations is a Support Team role based out of our Corporate Office in Norcross, GA, in the metro Atlanta area. Our Corporate Office Support Team consists of 300+ Associates who are committed to supporting our Operations Team as they proudly serve and create memorable experiences for our Customers. What you'll do:
- Collect security data from multiple internal and external sources
- Conduct trend analysis, risk assessments, and predictive modeling to identify potential vulnerabilities
- Develop and maintain dashboards, charts, heat maps, and other visual representations to communicate findings
- Collaborate with leadership to translate data insights into actionable recommendations
- Monitor key security metrics and provide periodic and ad hoc reports
- Assist in evaluating security incidents and provide data-driven insights to improve protocols
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry best practices
- Ensure data integrity and confidentiality
What we're looking for:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and data visualization
- Experience with coding and data analysis tools (e.g., Python, R, SQL, Power BI, Tableau)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborative mindset and positive attitude
- Understanding of security operations, risk management, and incident response
Experience/Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher and/or relevant experience
- Prior experience in data analysis preferred
