This role requires a Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the field or in a related area; familiarity with standard concepts, practices, procedures within the field is recommended.
- Database Access & Management
- Query and manage data from Snowflake, SQL Server, and other relational databases.
- Integrate data from sources such as ServiceNow, SCCM, Jamf and Wiz into centralized views for analysis.
- Maintain and optimize database schemas for performance and scalability.
- Data Analysis & Reporting
- Conduct exploratory and statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and actionable insights.
- Develop and maintain KPI dashboards using Tableau, Power BI, or other similar tools.
- Automate recurring reports and ensure timely delivery to stakeholders.
- Tool Integration & Governance
- Collaborate with platform owners to ensure accurate data ingestion to and from Snowflake, ServiceNow, SCCM, Jamf and Wiz.
- Reconcile discrepancies between system records (e.g., unauthorized software installations) and entitlement data
- Support audits and compliance initiatives by producing validated reports and other documentation.
- Documentation & Collaboration
- Provides guidance & direction regarding analytical approaches & methodologies.
- Provides technical expertise & advice regarding analytical approaches & methodologies.
- Identifies opportunities for improvement within existing processes/procedures/systems/applications/tools/technologies/products/services/business models/etc., recommends solutions accordingly.
- Ensures compliance with applicable laws/regulations/policies/procedures/guidelines/etc., ensures adherence thereto by team members supervised by this role holder.
- Communicates effectively both verbally/in writing/presentations/etc., interacts professionally with all levels within/outside organization/customers/vendors/stakeholders/etc., builds strong relationships accordingly.
- Manages multiple priorities simultaneously while meeting deadlines consistently without sacrificing quality standards set forth hereinabove throughout duration thereof until completion thereof successfully achieved thereby ensuring customer satisfaction maintained at highest.
- Creates and maintain SOPs, data dictionaries, and other system documentation.
- Works cross-functionally with IT, asset management, and governance teams to align data strategies.
- Participates in meetings and reviews to present findings and support strategic planning.
