We are seeking a highly skilled Senior AI/ML Engineer to join our innovative team. In this role, you will leverage your expertise in artificial intelligence and machine learning to design, develop, and deploy advanced models that drive data-driven decision-making. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI solutions that enhance our products and services.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement machine learning models using frameworks such as TensorFlow and Spark.
- Develop algorithms for analytics and unsupervised learning to extract insights from complex datasets.
- Collaborate with data engineers to ensure optimal database design for model deployment.
- Utilize Python and SQL for data manipulation, analysis, and model integration.
- Conduct performance tuning and optimization of existing models to improve accuracy and efficiency.
- Create documentation for model development processes, including version control practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide guidance on best practices in AI/ML development.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to the continuous improvement of the engineering process.
Requirements
- Proven experience in AI/ML engineering with a strong portfolio of completed projects.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, with experience in VBA being a plus.
- Solid understanding of database design principles and experience with SQL.
- Familiarity with TensorFlow, Spark, and other relevant machine learning frameworks.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets effectively.
- Experience in model deployment and maintenance in production environments.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with team members across various departments.
