Job Responsibilities:
- Data Analysts work closely with directors, managers, and clinicians to build queries and perform analytics on schedule, clinical data.
- Operationally, the Data Analyst will primarily support the Division of Chronic Care Management.
- Planning, designing, and implementing statistical analyses
- Improving and managing scheduling processes
- Work autonomously and comfortably in a growing company environment
- Performs additional duties as assigned
- Play an active role in providing data for operational improvements
- Responsible for managing and improving existing databases; developing methodologies, and files for analyzing and presenting data;
- Work with clinical, administrative and operational data, and be responsible for analyzing and presenting data; performing data analysis in support of ad-hoc and standing customer requests.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- Must have experience in data and analysis tools and systems
- Mastery of Excel and Word
- Highly motivated self-starter
