Junior Full Stack Data Scientist
Location: Menlo Park, CA (Hybrid – 3x/week in office)
Comp: $115K–$150K + Bonus

A well-established investment firm with a long-term, endowment-style approach is hiring a data analytics professional to join its Finance & Performance Reporting team. This role focuses on data management and automation. You’ll support performance reporting and help streamline operations under a senior data lead.
What You’ll Do:
- Maintain and extend scalable data warehouses/lakes
- Build robust data pipelines (ETL) and support cloud infrastructure
- Create dashboards and tools for investment data analysis
- Support internal teams with data access and insights
- Document processes and stay sharp on new tech
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years in data science or data engineering
- Experience in asset management or financial services preferred
- Strong internal client mindset
- Proficiency in Python, SQL, and tools like Power BI or Sigma
- Familiarity with Snowflake, Databricks, Airflow, and cloud environments
- Bonus points for machine learning exposure (Scikit-learn, etc.)
