Business Analyst – Hybrid (Topeka, KS)
Contract: 6–12 months with possibility for extension/conversion
Join a dynamic team supporting public sector projects in Topeka, KS. We're seeking a Business Analyst with strong skills in requirements gathering, process documentation, and stakeholder engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Analyze and document business processes and requirements
- Facilitate stakeholder interviews and workshops
- Create business cases, use cases, process flows, and test plans
- Support change management and solution validation
Qualifications:
- 2–3 years of experience in business analysis
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, Visio, Teams, and SharePoint
- Strong communication and analytical skills
- Must live within 1 hour of Topeka, KS
- Ability to obtain and maintain Security Clearance needed.
- No C2C, C2H or similar candidates will be considered.

Pay: $30.00 - $35.00 per hour
