Our banking client is seeking a Senior React Engineer to join their team. As a Senior React Engineer, you will be part of the Software Development Department supporting UI architecture, design, and development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to see the big picture, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Senior React Engineer
Location: Sunrise, FL (first preference) or Phoenix, AZ
Pay Range: $60-65/hr W2
What's the Job?
- Lead UI architecture, design, and development efforts using React, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project requirements and deliver innovative solutions
- Drive initiatives and contribute to strategic planning for UI enhancements
- Explain technical concepts clearly to team members and stakeholders
- Participate in code reviews and ensure best practices are followed across projects
What's Needed?
- 8+ years of experience in UI development with React, JavaScript, and Node.js
- Proven ability to lead UI architecture and design projects
- Excellent communication skills and ability to give and take direction effectively
- Experience with coding, architectural, and design questions during interviews
- Strong problem-solving skills and a strategic mindset
