We’re looking for a seasoned Data Engineer to help shape and optimize enterprise-level data solutions. In this role, you’ll be responsible for building and maintaining data pipelines, systems, and repositories that power analytics, applications, and business decision-making. You’ll also provide critical operational support, troubleshoot incidents, and work closely with other technology teams to implement security, monitoring, and performance improvements. This position reports to the Business Intelligence Team Lead.

What You’ll Do

Collaborate using Agile practices to define requirements, set priorities, and deliver high-quality data solutions.
Develop and manage integration tools, databases, warehouses, and analytics platforms.
Design, implement, and optimize ETL/ELT pipelines pulling data from diverse sources such as APIs, files, and databases.
Deploy models for structured, semi-structured, and unstructured data across multiple platforms.
Partner with security and infrastructure teams to enable monitoring, tooling, and compliance.
Provide hands-on operational support for data flows, keeping stakeholders informed on progress and issues.
Create and maintain documentation for processes, procedures, and technical designs.
Work on-site in a collaborative, team-based environment.

What You Bring

10+ years of experience designing and delivering data-driven solutions.
9+ years working with relational databases, ideally within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.
4+ years of multi-cloud experience, primarily Microsoft Stack (Azure IaaS/PaaS), with exposure to other platforms.
3+ years designing and deploying on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure.
Proficiency with Azure tools: T-SQL, Azure SQL, Azure Data Factory, Synapse, Cosmos DB, Storage, GitHub, Azure DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
Advanced knowledge of ETL/ELT technologies (e.g., SSIS, Informatica, Kafka, Spark, MuleSoft, or similar).
Strong background in SQL Server, Oracle, or NoSQL databases.
Solid programming skills in languages like C#, Python, SQL, or Scala.
Familiarity with IT infrastructure standards, DevOps practices, and application monitoring tools.
Experience with Power BI.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
