Your Impact:
Pearce seeks a highly skilled Business Analyst with extensive process, data, and project management experience. This opportunity is ideal for those passionate about delving into data, crafting intricate solutions, and seeing their insights influence real-world decisions. This role is pivotal to our upcoming and ongoing projects that demand meticulous prediction, analysis, and management of operational efficiency improvement programs in our renewable energy service lines. The perfect candidate will possess process analysis, workflow documentation, process automation, and data analytics expertise. Core Responsibilities:
- Data Analysis: Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and correlations. Develop and maintain data visualizations and dashboards. Support efforts to integrate data seamlessly between our internal systems, including PowerBI, Salesforce, and Excel, improving data handling and analysis efficiency.
- Strategy and Optimization: Work closely with the strategy and optimization team to develop and refine analytical approaches that support the company's strategic goals. Conduct scenario analysis to forecast outcomes of different strategic options, providing critical insights for decision-making.
- Process optimization: Work with the business to break down complex processes, highlight pain points, and implement solutions with cross-functional teams.
- Collaboration and Support: Serve as a subject matter expert in process mapping, Excel, and PowerBI, offering training and support to team members to elevate the organization's analytical capability.
- Develop insights on potential growth, optimization, and improvement areas using business strategies.

Core Experience
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related field.
- Proven experience (5+ years) in Business Analyst, Technical Analyst, or related roles, with a track record of driving operational excellence and achieving results.
- Proven expertise in Excel, including operational metrics tracking and financial modeling. Demonstrated ability to transform complex data sets into strategic insights and actionable recommendations.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to accuracy. Strategic mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and innovation.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities, with a knack for collaborating across departments.
