The Role:
We’re looking for a data-driven thinker with 2–3 years of experience to join our team as an Associate Data Analyst. This role will support Media Source by transforming data into actionable insights that inform editorial strategy, audience development, and business decisions.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Power BI

Analyze audience engagement, subscription trends, and content performance

Work with and troubleshoot SharePoint data collection and system

Collaborate with editorial, marketing, and sales teams to identify data needs

Support internal workflows with data integration and regular reporting

Clean, validate, and transform data from multiple sources

Plan and execute data process/workflow projects

Present findings in clear, visual formats to non-technical stakeholders

Assist in defining and tracking KPIs
Qualifications:

2–3 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, or a related field

Proficiency in Power BI, Excel, and basic SQL

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to communicate insights clearly and effectively

Detail-oriented with a passion for data storytelling
