About The Opportunity

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Data Analytics Intern to join our Data and Analytics team. This internship offers hands-on experience in data analysis, reporting, and business intelligence, with a unique opportunity to work in an SAP-driven manufacturing environment. You will receive mentorship from experienced professionals and participate in our corporate intern program focused on connection, experience building, and professional development.

The ideal candidate would start ASAP and work part-time remotely during the school year. Candidates should be local to Neenah, WI to train and work onsite during school breaks.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in collecting, cleaning, and analyzing data from various sources including SAP and Excel.
Develop dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
Monitor and improve data quality through routine checks and issue resolution.
Contribute to the development of data governance models and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and insights.
Support ongoing data projects and process improvement initiatives.
Present findings and recommendations to stakeholders.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Information Technology, Business, Computer Science, Supply Chain, Statistics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; familiarity with Word and Outlook.
Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools is a plus.
Familiarity with SQL or Python is a bonus.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Preferred Skills

Interest in packaging, manufacturing, or supply chain operations.
Strong time management and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
Eagerness to learn and take initiative.
