What You Get To Do
- Design, train, and deploy advanced machine learning models using Databricks, MosaicML, and Azure ML
- Optimize and fine-tune LLMs and other deep learning models for scalability and performance
- Develop and manage data pipelines using PySpark, MLflow, Delta Lake, and CI/CD practices
- Build and operationalize intelligent automation and agent-based applications (e.g., CRM, prospecting, finance tools)
- Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering and product teams to convert business needs into GenAI solutions
- Perform EDA, feature engineering, and model evaluation using key performance metrics (precision, recall, F1, etc.)
- Document findings, mentor junior team members, and contribute to governance and compliance standards for ethical AI
What You Need To Succeed
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in applied machine learning or AI model development with models deployed in production
- Strong experience in Databricks, PySpark, and Spark MLlib in distributed environments
- Practical knowledge of MosaicML for model training and optimization
- Expertise in Python, with proficiency in SQL and deep learning frameworks like PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face
- Solid understanding of the Azure ecosystem, including Azure ML, Data Lake, Key Vault, and Event Hubs
- Experience building CI/CD workflows and model pipelines using Git, Docker, Kubernetes, and Azure Data Factory
- Consulting background with the ability to interface with clients and translate business needs into technical outcomes
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional team
