Summary of Position:
The Data Integration Analyst is responsible for gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, performing data analysis, and mapping client data into InfoImage products. You will ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment of client data integrations while supporting seamless onboarding and solution delivery.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Requirements Gathering & Analysis
– Elicit, analyze, and document business and functional requirements from internal and external stakeholders. – Gather job specifications, business rules, and technical deliverables through direct client interfacing to support integration activities..
– Ensure clear, consistent, and comprehensive requirements documentation that supports development and QA efforts. – Manage overall technical analysis for client application setups and customizations.
– Perform data analysis, review files, and map fields between client data sources, document templates, and Statements of Work.
- Translate client data requirements into integration specifications, including field mappings, preliminary mock-ups, transformation rules, and validation criteria.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
– Work with Sales and Account Management during pre-sales or early contract phases to define project scope and assess feasibility for preliminary analysis
– Initiate and facilitate feasibility meetings; review and document assessments with internal departments for prospective and/or existing clients.
– Collaborate with Implementation Specialists to support and deliver new client projects, configurations and applications.
– Coordinate closely with Product, Development, QA, and Operations teams to ensure accurate data ingestion and integration that aligns with client specifications- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and validation of features and solutions.

Documentation
- Document and maintain resources related to data integration, including client system listings, data formats, mapping specifications, and templates.
– Contribute to continuous improvement of integration and documentation standards.
– Identify and document edge cases, risks, and technical dependencies. -

Knowledge, Experience and Skill Requirements:
Education:

Bachelor’s Degree required (Information Systems or computer science related fields)
Experience and Skills:
✓ 3+ years of experience in an implementation, technical analyst, or similar role in SaaS, enterprise software, or technology services.
✓ 3+ years of experience in a regulated industry such as financial services or healthcare (strongly preferred).
✓ Basic understanding of consumer banking products and services (preferred).
✓ Strong knowledge of Unix/Linux, RDBMS, and SFTP.
✓ Strong analytical skills for data inspection, cleansing, transformation, and modeling.
✓ Experience gathering requirements and translating into technical specifications.
✓ Experience with web-based application implementations (B2B and B2C).
✓ Ability to work cross-functionally with: Implementation, QA, Sales, Operations, Development, and Product.
✓ Understanding of implementation processes and Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
✓ Proficiency with documentation and tracking tools such as Confluence, Jira, and Microsoft Office Suite.
✓ Experience working within Agile or Scrum teams.
