Role Overview:
We are seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer who can work across both the frontend (Next.js) and backend to build and scale Brainzee’s core platform. You’ll play a key role in shaping the user experience, designing robust backend systems, and collaborating closely with leadership to bring Brainzee’s vision to life.
Responsibilities:
- Frontend (Next.js / React)
- Build responsive, user-friendly interfaces with Next.js.
- Optimize application performance for speed and scalability.
- Collaborate with designers to implement clean and functional UI.
Backend (Node.js / API Development)
- Develop and maintain server-side logic and APIs (REST/GraphQL).
- Work with databases (SQL/NoSQL) for schema design, queries, and optimization.
- Implement authentication, authorization, and security best practices.
- Manage cloud services and deployment pipelines (AWS, Vercel, Firebase).
General
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code across the stack.
- Debug, troubleshoot, and resolve issues efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with the Brainzee team to align technical work with business needs.
- Stay current with modern frameworks, tools, and engineering best practices.
Qualifications:
- Strong experience with Next.js, React, and Node.js.
- Familiarity with database technologies (SQL/NoSQL).
- Knowledge of API development and integration (REST or GraphQL).
- Understanding of authentication, authorization, and web security.
- Experience deploying apps to cloud platforms (AWS, Vercel, or similar).
- Excellent problem-solving, debugging, and collaboration skills.
(Preferred)
- Bachelor’s/Master’s in Computer Science, IT, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 6+ years of full-stack development experience.
- Experience in building and scaling early-stage web applications.

Salary Range is based on experience: $165,700-$210,000
