About the Role

Our current client is a fast-growing leader in the digital marketing space, known for driving measurable results for global brands through data-driven strategy and innovative campaign execution. As they continue to expand, they’re looking for a Data Analyst who is eager to take ownership and bring fresh insights as the company scales.

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be embedded in a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment where your insights will directly influence client success and company expansion. You’ll get to work on real-time digital marketing performance data, leverage Python and SQL daily, and play a key role in shaping how the company scales its analytics capabilities. This isn’t just a reporting role, it’s a chance to own your seat at the table, think strategically, and grow into a leadership track as the company continues to expand.

Key Responsibilities

Analyze performance across multi-channel digital marketing campaigns, identifying optimization opportunities in real time.
Use Python and SQL to pull, clean, and transform complex data sets into actionable insights.
Build, automate, and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide clarity for both clients and internal teams.
Partner with strategy, marketing, and leadership teams to connect analytics to larger business objectives.
Contribute to data science initiatives such as predictive modeling and revenue forecasting.

Requirements

2+ years of experience in data analytics or related field.
Proficiency in Python and SQL (must-have).
Experience working with marketing, adtech, or campaign data strongly preferred.
Strong business acumen; ability to connect insights to client and company outcomes.
Clear communicator with the ability to present findings to both technical and non-technical audiences.
Entrepreneurial mindset with the drive to take ownership and grow into senior leadership as the agency scales.
