Position Summary:
We’re looking for a senior, growth‑oriented leader to build and scale our AI‑Augmented Business Process Management (AI‑BPM) practice. This person will own sales, strategy, and go‑to‑market for BPM solutions like AI-enabled solutions across traditional BPO service lines, such as customer support, data entry, finance operations, HR services, and more.
The ideal candidate has worked hands‑on with AI and process automation, understands how to drive value from both technology AND business outcomes, and has experience marketing such services. You will begin with applying AI in services provided by BPO firms to optimize their processes and eventually expand into other operations.
You’ll lead a practice that helps clients streamline, automate, and augment their business processes using AI and modern automation tools. Your success will be measured by pipeline growth, deal closings, margin, as well as customer satisfaction and solution impact.
Key Responsibilities :
Sales & Market Expansion
- Own revenue, margin, and pipeline targets for AI-BPM solutions across global clients.
- Identify high-impact BPO service areas (e.g., call centers, payroll, compliance) and create AI-led offerings with clear ROI narratives.
- Drive lead generation, pre-sales conversations, and strategic deal closures in collaboration with the sales team.
Solution Strategy & Domain Innovation
- Map AI capabilities to traditional BPO workflows:
- Back Office: data entry, F&A, HR, IT support
- Front Office: call centers, tele-support, customer service
- KPO: LPO, analytics, digital marketing
- Work with operations to design and curate solutions using GenAI, voice AI, RPA, OCR/IDP, LLMs, and process mining.
- Partner with delivery and engineering teams to scope, build, and refine modular solution components.
Strategic Alliances & Partner Ecosystem
- Identify and build strategic relationships with AI product vendors (e.g., ElevenLabs, Observe.AI, Kore.ai, etc.).
- Lead partner integration, co-selling motions, and solution bundling.
- Evaluate emerging AI startups and platforms that cater specifically to BPO segments (e.g., GenAI for customer service, AI for invoice processing).
Thought Leadership & Positioning
- Develop and publish thought leadership content that showcases the future of AI in BPO — whitepapers, POVs, webinars, client workshops.
- Represent the firm at AI/BPM/outsourcing events, forums, and partner showcases.
- Drive awareness campaigns in collaboration with marketing to build pipeline.\
Ideal Profile :
- 12–18+ years in BPO, BPM, automation, or AI-led consulting
- Lead sales and business development: identify prospects, shape large deals (end‑to‑end), engage C‑suite, drive solutioning.
- Understanding of BPO, Management Consulting and Business Consulting engagement experience. Good ability of industry specific business issues and drivers
- Define and execute the growth strategy for the AI‑BPM practice: positioning, offerings, pricing, market segments.
- Significant business development and account management experience.
- Marketing & Thought Leadership: craft key messaging, case studies, whitepapers; participate in webinars, conferences; use digital marketing & partner channels to generate leads.
- Experience in navigating large multinational client accounts.
- Understanding of sales cycle, key influencers, budget cycles and client’s bid process.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
- Keep up with emerging AI, regulatory, ethical, privacy issues that affect process automation and AI augmentation.
