Integritas Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst with strong expertise in Informatica and Tableau to support our client’s Commercial Lending operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience working with nCino data models and lending datasets, enabling actionable insights and reliable data flows to drive business outcomes.
This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with potential for full-time conversion based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop, optimize, and maintain ETL workflows in Informatica to integrate and transform data from multiple sources, including nCino.
- Build and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau to support business stakeholders across Commercial Lending.
- Partner with business users, data engineers, and lending teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports and analytics.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis of commercial lending data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Document data definitions, lineage, and business rules to support governance.
Qualifications
- 3–5+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or BI Developer.
- Strong hands-on experience with Informatica (PowerCenter or IICS) for ETL development.
- Proficiency in Tableau (building dashboards, calculations, performance optimization).
- Experience working with commercial lending data and familiarity with nCino (Salesforce-based platform).
- Strong SQL skills for data querying and validation.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team within fast-paced environments.
Nice to Haves:
- Knowledge of Salesforce data structures.
- Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Experience within the banking or financial services industry.
