From summaries, document intelligent to predictive models and our own MCP servers, the work you do will enable our partners in providing better care for seniors.
Responsibilities:
- Translate high-value use cases into production AI features used across product lines.
- Design experiments and baselines, run A/B tests, and quantify impact (e.g., time saved, denial reduction, retention/revenue lift).
- Build and maintain data pipelines (labeling, augmentation, weak supervision) for text, documents, and tabular healthcare data; ensure governance and lineage.
- Train, fine-tune, and evaluate models (LLMs/transformers + classic ML).
- Define metrics, red-team prompts, and harden guardrails.
- Architect and operate MCP servers (tooling/function-calling, retrieval/RAG, prompt orchestration) and reusable SDKs for product teams.
- Implement privacy & safety by design (HIPAA/PHIPA): de-identification, encryption, least-privilege access, auditability.
- Maintain model registry and governance (versioning, approvals, drift monitoring, bias/explainability reviews).
Qualifications:
- Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong experimentation approach.
- Ability to balance long-term innovation with short-term deliverables.
- Comfortable collaborating across engineering, product, and business functions.
- Self-starter with high initiative and ownership.
- Curious and pragmatic: interested in both cutting-edge methods and practical impact
- Strong programming skills in Python and ML frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, …).
- Solid understanding of supervised/unsupervised learning, predictive modeling, and evaluation metrics.
- Experience working with structured/unstructured data (e.g., text, images, tabular healthcare data).
- Bachelor’s or master’s in computer science, Data Science, Statistics, or related discipline.
- Practical experience with end-to-end ML lifecycle (from prototyping to production).
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with healthcare datasets or regulated environments.
- Background in NLP, information retrieval, or knowledge graph construction.
- Track record of building AI solutions that directly integrate with software platforms.
- Understanding of MLOps practices and scalable deployment patterns.
- Research or publication experience in applied ML/AI.
