What we're looking for?
We need a Software Engineer with 2-5 years of experience, ideally with a background in health tech or fintech, and a proven track record of shipping features daily. You should be comfortable acting as your own product manager, defining specs, and building products from zero to one. We value individuals who are hungry to build, mission-oriented, and can operate independently in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Bonus points if you have experience in a fast-growing startup environment.
What you'll do:
- Write production-quality Python and Next.js TypeScript code.
- Actively seek out and implement best practices while delivering commercial value quickly.
- Build the fastest and most accurate claims adjudication technology in the industry.
- Develop financial integrations and money movement features.
- Improve our in-app and on-the-phone member experience to drive engagement and outcomes.
- Take ownership of projects, define specifications, and build solutions based on customer needs.

Pay: $150,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
