Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Software Engineer located in Redwood City, CA. The Software Engineer will be responsible for designing, developing, testing, and maintaining software systems. Day-to-day tasks include programming, debugging, and implementing back-end web development features. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance product functionality and ensure scalable and efficient software solutions is essential.
Qualifications
- Strong foundational knowledge in Computer Science principles, including data structures and algorithms
- Proficiency in Back-End Web Development and Software Development methodologies
- Experience with Programming in languages commonly used for software engineering
- Knowledge and application of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts
- Ability to troubleshoot, problem-solve, and optimize software performance
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
- Experience with cloud-based systems or distributed systems is a plus
