About the Role
We are in search of a software development Team Lead to expand and enhance our Cloud Based CRM (SaaS) technology that supports and complements the systems required for high volume E-commerce retailers.
The ideal candidate is a software developer wanting to grow into a technical and managerial leadership role for our API Integrations team. This is an opportunity to lead a small team of talented developers.
You will write your own code and provide guidance to developers working under you. You will take on complex and interesting problems. You will participate in important design decisions and play a key role in the development of our entire product suite, accessed daily by millions of users. You should be dedicated to excellence and have a strong sense of personal responsibility.

Responsibilities
· Lead a small team of integration engineers
· Ensure the design, architecture and implementation of API integrations is fully optimized
· Develop and maintain high-quality, scalable, and secure code
· Perform code reviews
· Agile practices
· Develop subject matter expertise in e-commerce products and services
· Ensure software is up-to-date with latest technologies
Skills and Requirements
· 4+ years professional PHP development experience
· Demonstrated ability to take on leadership of a small team
· Experience with high volume, external customer-facing web applications is strongly preferred
· Understanding of fundamental design principles for building a scalable application
· Desire to work in a fast-paced, team environment
· A great attention to detail
· Strong verbal and written communication skills
· Professional outlook and demeanor
· Local to the Alpharetta, GA area
