We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist Onsite in Charlotte, NC to design, build, and deploy advanced AI and analytical solutions that power personalization, search, promotions, supply chain optimization, and more. - Mine Data for Insights – Analyze complex datasets using advanced statistical and ML techniques to drive decision-making.

- LLM & AI Development – Design, train, and deploy intelligent systems powered by LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows.
- Dashboard & Reporting – Deliver interactive reports that track performance, engagement, and satisfaction.
- Cross-Functional Impact – Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to bring AI solutions into production.
- Model Governance – Implement guardrails for safety, compliance, and brand alignment.
Top Skills We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience with LLMs (prompt engineering, fine-tuning, agentic frameworks like LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI).
- Strong Python programming skills for scalable ML/AI development.
- Expertise in LLM system evaluation (metric design, A/B testing, offline experimentation).
Preferred Expertise
- Experience with RAG pipelines, knowledge graphs, and vector databases.
- Background in retail or digital products.
- Knowledge of evaluation tools like TruLens, Ragas, Promptfoo, or similar.
- Academic or applied research in LLMs.
