The Community Development Department is looking for an Administrative Analyst II who will report to the Senior Administrative Analyst in the Transportation Division and will administer the City’s Rideshare Program and South Coast AQMD Subvention Funds and Rule 2202 responsibilities. This person will also be the City’s staff liaison with the Burbank Transportation Management Organization, manage the City’s Metrolink Stations, and run the City’s bicycle rack installation program. This position will also assist the Senior Administrative Analyst with the Transportation Division’s financial reporting and audit responsibilities. Finally, this position will also staff the City’s Transportation Commission meetings.
An ideal candidate will have excellent writing, data analysis, and public speaking skills, be a self-starter and be able to work with little direction, build excellent working relationships with employees at all levels of the City, and provide excellent customer service to both internal and external customers.

Education/Training: Any combination of education and/or experience that has provided the knowledge, skills, and abilities necessary for acceptable job performance as determined by the City. Example combination includes, but is not limited to graduation from an accredited college or university with a bachelor’s degree in public administration, business administration, or a work-related field, and one year of experience in administrative, budget, or personnel analysis. NOTE: A master’s degree from an accredited college or university in public administration or work-related field may be substituted for six months of experience.
License & Certificates: A valid California Class "C" driver's license or equivalent at time of appointment. All required licenses and certificates must be maintained throughout employment in this classification.
