Job Responsibilities (2+ years of Data Analytics Experience)

◦ Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from multiple sources to support business goals and operational improvements.

◦ Identify inefficiencies and provide data-backed recommendations for performance optimization.

◦ Conduct root cause analysis to uncover insights behind patterns, anomalies, and business challenges.

◦ Collaborate with stakeholders across teams to implement data-driven solutions that improve productivity and outcomes.

◦ Build predictive and statistical models to forecast trends, identify risks, and support strategic decision-making.

◦ Develop dashboards and KPIs using Power BI or Tableau to communicate insights to leadership.

◦ Create and maintain clear documentation, including data pipelines, processes, and analytical reports.

◦ Work with Databricks, Python, R, and SQL to develop machine learning models, automate reporting, and streamline data workflows.

Required Skills and Qualifications

· Bachelor’s or Master’s in Data Science, Engineering, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

· 3+ years of hands-on data analytics or data science experience.

· Proficiency in Python, R, or SQL for data analysis, modeling, and automation.

· Strong understanding of statistical methods, machine learning, and data visualization techniques.

· Experience with Databricks for analytics and modeling.

· Familiarity with business intelligence tools and data engineering concepts.

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.

· Strong communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.

· US Citizen

· Austin-based, onsite role: Monday through Thursday in office, Friday WFH.
