Our client, a leading organization in the technology and AI industry, is seeking a dedicated and innovative Machine Learning Engineer to join their dynamic team. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be an integral part of the Data Science and AI Development department, supporting cutting-edge projects that leverage advanced AI solutions. Job Title: Machine Learning Engineer

Location: Smithfield, Rhode Island

What's the Job?

Design and develop machine learning and deep learning systems utilizing ML algorithms and frameworks.
Build and deploy Python-based APIs using FastAPI or Flask to support AI applications.
Work with large language models and generative AI solutions, including LangChain, LlamaIndex, and prompt engineering techniques.
Deploy models in cloud environments such as AWS SageMaker, and manage cloud-based data platforms like Snowflake or RDS for analytics data hosting.
Perform statistical analysis, train, retrain, and optimize models to enhance performance and accuracy.

What's Needed?

5+ years of hands-on experience as a Machine Learning Engineer or similar role.
Proficiency in Python and Java programming languages.
Experience working on generative AI solutions with Large Language Models, Prompt Engineering, and fine-tuning techniques.
Strong background in developing APIs with FastAPI or Flask.
Experience deploying models on AWS services such as SageMaker, EC2, EKS, and working with cloud data platforms like Snowflake or RDS.
