Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deploy AI and machine learning models to support business goals.
- Build and maintain data pipelines for model training, validation, and deployment.
- Conduct advanced data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights.
- Design NLP solutions to extract intelligence from unstructured data.
- Ensure AI models comply with regulatory and ethical standards.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations for business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with teams to integrate AI solutions with existing systems.
- Manage data quality, integrity, and lifecycle processes.
- Monitor and report on AI/ML performance metrics and business impact.
- Evaluate and implement emerging AI tools and technologies to enhance capabilities.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- 3+ years of experience in AI/ML development or similar roles.
- Strong programming skills in Python and SQL.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Proficiency with databases including PostgreSQL, SQLite, MySQL.
- Experience in NLP, predictive modeling, and statistical analysis.
- Strong data wrangling and preprocessing skills.
- Excellent communication skills, able to translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience collaborating with cross-functional teams.
- Knowledge of data privacy regulations and ethical AI practices.
Bonus: Experience in regulated industries such as legal, healthcare, or financial services.
