You’ll help build a modern, cloud-based RTSM platform that transforms how clinical trials are run—making complex processes simpler, faster, and more efficient so new therapies can reach patients sooner.
Responsibilities
- Design and implement new product features using modern cloud technologies
- Build performant, maintainable code that follows industry best practices
- Support deployed products throughout the SDLC, including production environments
- Write thorough unit and integration tests to ensure reliability and scalability
Proficiencies
- Experienced with both front-end and back-end development
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Familiar with Agile methodologies and iterative development processes
- Capable of independent problem solving and proposing efficient, high-value solutions
- Keeps current with emerging technologies and evaluates their applicability to Atreo’s product
Technical Proficiencies
- C# REST APIs on .NET 8, ReactJS with DevExtreme and Vite
- AWS RDS with Postgres 17, working with complex relational schemas of 500+ tables
- EF Core with a code-first approach, optimizing LINQ queries for performant SQL
- AWS ECS, ECR, and CloudFront for hosting and deployment
- Git for source control, containerization, and CI/CD pipelines
Professional Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience
- Minimum of 3 years of professional software development experience
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship

The base salary band for this position is $90,000-$130,000
