About the Role
In this role, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting business data to support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will be comfortable working independently as well as collaboratively with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate insights and drive business performance and will have a strong grasp of Excel to support a variety of data analysis and reporting. This is a full-time, remote, temporary position with the potential to convert to a permanent role.

Key Responsibilities:

Collect, analyze, and interpret business data from multiple sources
Design and develop reports, and visualizations using tools such as Excel
Partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs and deliver accurate, timely insights.
Maintain and improve data quality, consistency, and integrity across reporting systems.
Provide ad-hoc analyses to support leadership decision-making.
Monitor business performance metrics and identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
Support strategic planning, forecasting, and budgeting through data-driven analysis.
Document reporting processes and provide training or guidance to team members on analytics tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field (Master’s a plus).
2–5 years of experience in business analytics, reporting, or a related role.
Strong skills in Excel, SQL, and at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, Qlik, etc.).
Proven ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
Effective communication skills to collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
