As a
Senior Data Scientist, you will lead high-impact analytics initiatives within our Ads Analytics team. In this manager-level role, you’ll guide technical execution, mentor data scientists, and collaborate across teams to deliver insights that shape our advertising ecosystem.
You’ll dive deep into experimental design, predictive modeling, and Bayesian statistics—while also helping build scalable analytics infrastructure and AI-powered tools. If you love solving complex problems and translating data into clear, actionable strategies, this is the role for you.
What You’ll Do-
Lead analytics projects focused on ad performance, client measurement, and experimentation.

Design and oversee experiments to evaluate product impact and optimize advertising outcomes.

Build forecasting models and apply Bayesian frameworks to support strategic decisions.

Develop scalable data pipelines and reporting tools across cloud platforms.

Communicate insights through clear, compelling visualizations for technical and non-technical audiences.

Mentor junior data scientists and foster technical excellence across the team.
Basic qualifications-
4+ years of experience in data science roles focused on advertising, marketing analytics, or client measurement, with a strong ability to connect data insights to business strategy.

2+ years of experience in experimental design, statistical modeling, and causal inference, with a conceptual understanding of how these methods support decision-making and business impact.

Proficient in Python or R and SQL, with 1+ years of experience writing code that supports both analytical rigor and scalable data workflows.

1+ year of experience working within cloud-based data environments (e.g., GCP, AWS, Azure), with a conceptual understanding of cloud infrastructure and its role in scalable analytics.

2+ years of experience leading data-driven projects, influencing cross-functional teams, and translating complex concepts into actionable strategies

Bachelor's Degree on Statistics, Computer Science or a related field
Preferred qualifications-
Advanced degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.

Experience in ad tech or client-facing analytics.

Familiarity with AI/ML tools and their business applications.
