Skills And Competencies
- 4+ years of experience in an analytics, data science, or business intelligence role
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to independently structure approaches to open-ended questions
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with analytical tools such as Power BI or Tableau
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to manage and align multiple stakeholders
- Proven ability to translate complex data into business insights and recommendations
- Experience with Python for data analysis or automation tasks.
- Experience using Alteryx or similar data transformation tools (preferred)
- Familiarity with cloud-based analytics technologies such as Microsoft Fabric, Databricks, or similar platforms (preferred)
- Experience working in fast-paced, cross-functional environments and a background in financial reporting (preferred)
- Basic understanding of artificial intelligence concepts, with curiosity and enthusiasm for learning how AI tools can be used to improve processes and drive efficiency
- Interest in exploring AI systems and a willingness to develop awareness of responsible AI practices, including risk management and ethical use
Education
- Bachelor’s degree required.
Responsibilities
Lead the development of analytical solutions by independently identifying problems, designing methodologies, and executing analyses.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand business questions, define success criteria, and scope analytical projects appropriately.
- Proactively propose approaches and frameworks to solve ambiguous or complex problems using data.
- Translate technical results into clear, actionable recommendations for non-technical audiences.
- Manage stakeholder expectations by setting clear timelines, communicating risks, and ensuring transparency throughout the project lifecycle.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with data engineering, product, finance, and operations teams as needed.
- Maintain a strong focus on delivering high-quality work with minimal supervision while prioritizing multiple projects simultaneously.

For US-based roles only: the anticipated hiring base salary range for this position is $98,300.00 - $142,550.00, depending on factors such as experience, education, level, skills, and location. This range is based on a full-time position. In addition to base salary, this role is eligible for incentive compensation.
