We’re seeking a Data Analyst for a contract opportunity with our client based in the Greater Philadelphia area. This is an excellent role for someone who’s passionate about using data to shape how people experience and interact with software products.

In this role, you’ll collaborate closely with product teams to deliver insights that guide design and feature decisions. You’ll use your technical and analytical skills to build dashboards, uncover trends, and help teams understand how users engage with digital products. This is not a finance or marketing-focused data position. It is a people and product centered role that helps shape the future of user experiences.

Responsibilities:

Partner with product managers and engineers to analyze user behavior and inform product decisions.
Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI.
Write efficient SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from multiple sources.
Apply Python or R to perform statistical analysis, data modeling, and automation.
Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in clear, data-driven narratives.

Required Skills & Experience:

Bachelor’s degree in technical, quantitative, or scientific field (e.g., Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Data Science, etc.).
Hands on experience with Python or R, SQL, and Tableau or Power BI.
Strong background in data visualization and analytics for digital or software products.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work cross-functionally with product and development teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience working in agile or product-focused environments
Understanding of user analytics, digital engagement metrics, or behavioral data.
Local candidates in the Greater Philadelphia area are highly preferred.
