Job Summary

Our Client is seeking a seasoned Senior Data Engineer to augment our Infrastructure Automation team, focusing on the backbone that supports our vast array of services. Expect to tackle some of the most challenging and expansive data warehouses in the world, providing accessible, timely data to our vast customer base through innovative analytics and reporting solutions. This role is pivotal in shaping the infrastructure platform to meet and exceed our global customer and developer needs.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and support analytic technologies for flexible, structured data access.
Design, build, and maintain reliable data pipelines to support analytics and decision-making.
Design and implement platforms using a mix of third-party and in-house tools for reports and dashboards.
Collaborate with business customers to understand and implement solutions that meet analytical needs.
Explore source systems and business processes to enhance data quality and drive usability improvements.

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in SQL and experience in at least one scripting/programming language (preferably Python or Java).
Solid background in data modeling, warehousing, and ETL pipeline construction.
Strong analytical skills to translate business needs into technical solutions.

Industry Experience:

Prior experience within AWS environments preferred, showcasing familiarity with AWS technologies (e.g., Redshift, S3, AWS Glue).
