Description
As a member of the Digital Experience team, the Digital Experience Business Analyst II will play a vital role in the measurement of Credit One Bank’s digital channels including mobile/desktop web applications and native mobile apps (iOS/Android). This role will support digital analytics by monitoring the health of our digital channels, tracking and monitoring KPIs, automating alerts for reports to identify and significant changes, and developing reports and dashboards within Adobe Analytics to drive our product roadmap and designs through data-driven decisions.

Create and deliver in-depth analytics reports for both website and mobile applications (tracking pages, actions or events and visualizing data as trendlines, conversion funnels, activity volumes)

Deliver actionable insights to help guide product owners and key business stakeholders to make decisions on roadmap product features and designs, presenting them in easy-to-understand formats.

Identify opportunities to optimize user experience flows to improve customer conversion, retention, engagement, or other KPIs, based on data trends or anomalies.

Work with the DX Data analyst to make sure data is tagged to track the business questions.

Suggesting opportunities to automate processes when effective in maintaining and monitoring the health of our digital channels

Manage Adobe dashboards to evaluate the health of digital channels; monitor alerts related to data anomalies, flag issues to affected teams, and implement solutions to maintain data integrity.

Collaborate with developers to triage, research, or help with resolution for any issues preventing the ability to complete analysis accurately and timely.

Maintain published reports for key product stakeholders.

Support A/B Testing; as needed, assist in the design, implementation, and analysis of A/B tests to optimize website and mobile app performance.
The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 3 years of web and mobile channel analytics experience with strong Adobe Analytics expertise, proficient in Analytics Workspace and Report Builder.

Bachelor's degree in a related field, or equivalent work experience

Highly skilled in translating business objectives or questions into analytics requirements and reports

Experience in developing reports, dashboards, or data visualizations.

Demonstrated project management and organization skills; ability to work and thrive in collaborative team environment as well as independently to drive results (and knowing when to escalate significant issues to leadership)

Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

3-5 years of relevant experience in statistical analysis, digital channel analytics, product performance reporting, and developing dashboards.

Capable of preparing and delivering accurate, logical presentations to stakeholders and leadership (at various levels of organization)

Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI is a plus.

Experience in the financial services industry
