firstPRO is seeking a Contract Data Analyst to support data-driven decision-making across our web, mobile, and AI products. This role will be instrumental in building temporary dashboards, conducting deep data analysis, and responding to ad-hoc analytics requests. The ideal candidate will provide real-time insights that enable Product Managers, Researchers, and Leadership to optimize product performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain temporary dashboards to visualize key product metrics.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to uncover trends and actionable insights.
- Support ad-hoc analytics requests from Product Managers, Researchers, and Leadership.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance data-driven decision-making.
- Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across reporting tools.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI).
- Strong SQL skills for querying and analyzing data.
- Experience working with product analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Amplitude).
- Ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with AI-driven analytics or machine learning models.
- Familiarity with A/B testing and experimentation frameworks.
- Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or R for data analysis.
