We are looking for a skilled and adaptable Full Stack Engineer to join our AI practice. You will design and build applications that bring AI solutions to life—developing intuitive interfaces, reliable backends, and integrations that make intelligent systems easy to use and scale.
You’ll work closely with AI Engineers, Solution Architects, and consulting teams who bring deep expertise in industries like higher education, healthcare, and utilities. Together, you’ll deliver secure, production-ready tools that enhance the firm’s ability to deploy and demonstrate AI capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
Design and build full-stack applications that power the firm’s AI and analytics solutions.
Develop and deploy reusable tools and frameworks that enhance solution delivery across consulting teams.
Create intuitive front-end interfaces using React, JavaScript/TypeScript, or similar frameworks.
Develop robust backend services and APIs in Python (FastAPI, Django, Flask), integrating with data and external systems.
Implement secure authentication, data management, and system integration across cloud environments (Azure, AWS).
Ensure seamless front-end to back-end integration and deliver complete, production-ready features.
Apply DevOps and CI/CD practices to support deployment, monitoring, and maintainability of applications.
Preferred Qualifications
4+ years of professional experience in full-stack development.
Strong proficiency in React and JavaScript/TypeScript; experience with Python for backend development.
Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes).
Familiarity with CI/CD, testing, and secure development practices.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
Flexible living locations across US or Canada, ability to travel as needed.
The estimated base salary for this job is $100,000 - $125,000 USD. The range represents a good faith estimate of the range that Huron reasonably expects to pay for this job at the time of the job posting. The actual salary paid to an individual will vary based on multiple factors, including but not limited to specific skills or certifications, years of experience, market changes, and required travel. This job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s annual incentive compensation program, which reflects Huron’s pay for performance philosophy. Inclusive of annual incentive compensation opportunity, the total estimated compensation range for this job is $112,000 - $147,500 USD. The job is also eligible to participate in Huron’s benefit plans which include medical, dental and vision coverage and other wellness programs. The salary range information provided is in accordance with applicable state and local laws regarding salary transparency that are currently in effect and may be implemented in the future.
