Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable software solutions that support Pickle’s core products and services
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, implement, and deliver high-impact features
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment processes to ensure high-quality releases
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the stack
Contribute to continuous improvement of engineering practices, tools, and workflows
Maintain availability for urgent business needs, including participation in on-call rotations as required

Requirements

Proficiency in one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Go)
Experience with cloud infrastructure and services (e.g., AWS, GCP, Azure)
Strong understanding of software development principles, version control, and CI/CD pipelines
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Willingness to maintain a phone plan with voice, text, and data coverage through a national carrier, and share an up-to-date phone number for on-call coordination
