PIC Data Analyst & PM Coordinator

Duration: This is a 3 Month contract position
Hours: Hybrid/Remote Position 40 hrs per week
Compensation: $32-36/hr
As a PIC Data Analyst & PM Coordinator, you'll serve as both a data storyteller and operational anchor for the PIC team. You'll turn people data into actionable insights that drive decision-making, while also coordinating key projects, timelines, and stakeholder communications to ensure successful delivery across HR, DEI, and sustainability programs. Key Responsibilities:Data Analytics & Insights
- Collect, clean, and analyze people data (e.g., headcount, DEI, engagement, turnover) to generate actionable insights for the PIC and HR leadership teams.
- Develop dashboards, visualizations, and reports to track KPIs and progress toward strategic goals.
- Partner with HRIS, Finance, and Sustainability teams to ensure alignment of data definitions and reporting standards.
- Conduct data audits to ensure accuracy, consistency, and integrity of HR data across systems.
- Support ESG and DEI reporting requirements through accurate data collection and narrative support.
Project Management & Coordination
- Coordinate and track progress of ongoing PIC initiatives, ensuring milestones are met and deliverables are communicated effectively.
- Support project planning, scheduling, and reporting for HR and ESG-related workstreams.
- Maintain project documentation, timelines, and status reports to provide visibility to stakeholders.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (HR, Legal, Comms, Sustainability) to align resources and priorities.
- Assist with meeting preparation, follow-ups, and action item tracking for senior leadership.
Communication & Collaboration
- Translate complex data findings into clear insights and storytelling that informs people strategies.
- Support the creation of executive-level presentations and visual summaries.
- Keep key stakeholders informed of project progress, risks, and dependencies.
- Contribute to a culture of collaboration, integrity, and innovation within the PIC team.

Qualifications for Success:
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business, Human Resources, or related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in data analytics, HR reporting, or project coordination (preferably within HR, DEI, or ESG functions).
- Strong analytical and reporting skills with experience using Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar tools.
- Experience managing projects or supporting PMO functions; familiarity with tools like Smartsheet, Asana, or MS Project a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet tight deadlines.

- Analytical thinker with strong project coordination and organizational skills.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and solution-focused — able to anticipate needs and identify improvements.
